GLOBAL EXPANSION

SCALEN have increased their manufacturing to accommodate the world demand by commissioning multiple large manufacturing sites. One of the newest facilities can produce 300 x 3000 Tonne hydraulic presses annually. SCALEN currently supply to the majority of the world market and provide customer support by a structured service network.

CORPORATE PROJECTS

SCALEN have designed manufactured and installed numbers of multi action and multi daylight forming presses to many sites around the world. All products are CE certified and are manufactured to the highest standards.

CNC PRESS BRAKES

SCALEN have a strong reputation of designing reliable CNC Press Brakes to suit individual clients requirements in length, tonnage, stroke and additional specifications. Press Brakes range from 50T x 1M to 3000T x 15M all driven by servo CNC utilising the SCALEN Green Energy technology.

FEA / GEA MODELLING

SCALEN have always lead the industry with their simulation design processes. All components are stress analysed to produce the best accuracy and life cycle. The structural frame design has proven to produce stiff and consistent bending performance. This rigidity provides consistent force during the forming process producing reliable products.
